Commission is per-plan, not flat. Free / low-cost plans charge a small percentage on each order (capped on the free tier so it never gets out of hand). Higher-tier subscriptions drop it - Scale and Plus are 0%, so once you're on those plans, every rupee a customer pays you is yours. The payment gateway charges its own fee (~2% on UPI / cards) separately, and we pass it through at cost - no markup.

You enter a payment method on signup. We don't charge it for 14 days. If you cancel before day 14, you owe nothing. After 14 days, the first month's charge runs automatically.

Yes. Upgrade applies immediately and we prorate the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrade applies at the end of the current period - so you keep the higher plan you've already paid for.

You'll get an in-app prompt to upgrade. Existing orders aren't blocked, but you can't add new products or take new orders until you're back under the cap or on a higher plan.

Each order is auto-split at the moment of payment, and your share goes straight to your linked bank account on the standard T+2 settlement cycle (T+1 available as an add-on). We never hold your money - payouts run every business day.

No. Payments are platform-managed and built in - UPI, credit and debit cards, COD, net-banking and EMI are live from day one. This is what lets us guarantee settlement, refunds, and the auto-split commission mechanics across every plan.

Yes - that's the model. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number, and KartMojo never meters or charges per message. Your WhatsApp provider bills its own template rates; we add nothing on top, on any plan.

Monthly plans aren't refunded mid-cycle - you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the first charge; after that, unused months are not refunded but you can downgrade to Launch (free) any time.
